Does your life sometimes feel like you are driving your car down the road with square wheels? Then the Wheel of Life is a simple but effective tool that you can use to create balance in your life and thus a smoother journey.

Each segment of the wheel represents one area of your life. This wheel consists of eight segments but you may wish to add others that are specific to you.

TAKE SOME TIME TO THINK ABOUT WHAT IS IMPROTANT IN YOUR LIFE

Some examples include:
Family
Friends
Personal Growth
Health (physical or emotional)
Finance
Career
Education
Spiritual Growth
Love
Relationships
Employment
Self Esteem and confidence

Now you have written your specific areas in each segment you can rate each one with your current level of satisfaction by marking it with a cross of circle. (10 = very satisfied).

Once you have completed your scores draw a line to connect them together. The higher the scores and the more circular your own wheel of life is determines how balanced you life is.
